The SRI Guest Service Agent handles room reservations, check-in and check-out of guests and maintains the highest standards of personalized guest service.

Assists in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining room areas. Consistently meets or exceeds standards for guest service and cleanliness. Duties will include food running and bussing tables as needed. Is familiar with and complies with the Sacred Rock Inn standards and philosophy in performing all key areas of accountability and other essential duties and responsibilities.

To serve all food and beverage effectively in accordance with Sacred Rock Inn policies, procedures and standards. Consistently meets or exceeds the standards for guest service and cleanliness. Responds to guest requests; is familiar with and complies with the Sacred Rock Inn standards and philosophy in performing all key areas of accountability and other essential duties and responsibilities.

To prepare, produce and present hot food items for the Sacred Rock Inn in accordance with policies, procedures and standards. Promote complete guest satisfaction through pride in workmanship. Consistently meets or exceeds standards for guest service and cleanliness. Is familiar with and complies with the Sacred Rock inn standards and philosophy in performing all key areas of accountability and other essential duties and responsibilities.
